Let's be the cause for 'Love' and not the 'Hatred'.

I am writing in response to the ongoing wars, conflicts and problems in our world and how we are responding to all these challenges. It is really heart-breaking when I watch the news, read stuff on internet like people blaming and calling names to each other and the occasional emails I get portraying the 'bad side' of a nation. Sadly enough, we are adding to our already worst worldly problems by judging, blaming and condemning each other rather than looking deep into the root cause of our problems and finding a solution.

If we condemn a group of people in a country just because they have done some silly violent act out of their anger and misjudgments, we are actually condemning the whole nation. A bunch of people does not represent the whole nation. We should stop judging in this manner and take responsibility of how we may be causing 'misunderstanding' and 'hatred' in this world by our limited knowledge and action. It is time that we broaden our minds and hearts versus simply reacting in a like manner !

Let's apply some common sense here. Is it always good to scold a naughty kid ? Do we have empathy towards that kid - like what problem he is having or what are his desires and so on ? Do we take complete responsibility to teach and guide that kid appropriately ?  Instead we lose our temper and scold the kid - thinking that what we are doing is right for the kid.

Take another example - Go and smile at someone and she will smile back to you. Frown at her and she will probably frown back to you; or she will get hurt and hurt you back; or even start gossiping about you and spreading unnecessary misunderstandings and hatred.

So the point is, it is not always sane or the right thing to pin point others' mistakes and blame them or even being harsh with them thinking that we are doing is justice ! We really have to realize this and STOP living the INSANE way of living - blaming and judging others !  And this same applies to everything - from our personal relationships to the worldly relationships with all others !

It is so easy to blame others - whether it is our children, our parents, siblings, partners, friends, colleagues, politicians, terrorists, strangers or anyone else for that matter. BUT if others are blaming or criticizing us - It takes a lot of courage to really look at ourselves (personally, as a nation and globally) and see how we may be contributing to this particular issue. See, it always takes two to tango - that means in this context - each and everyone one of us is responsible for our worldly problems (not some bunch of people out there). 

Just like in life, sometimes we get angry at others because we may not being heard or our needs are not being met or we may not know how our emotions are controlling us, and so on but the one who is being scolded or those others watching us may misjudge us. This is exactly is what is happening in our world - we are simply hearing but not listening to each other. We are simply watching and misjudging and not looking deep into each others' hearts ! Isn't it wise to truly listen to the people who are causing violence and help them instead of defending ourselves, blaming them back and even being revengeful causing more problems ! Well the saying goes " There is always two sides of a coin" - that means - positive and negative. We have to see the positivity in the problem not just the negativity.
 
In life, to achieve anything we have to go through a lot of challenges. Only when we face it and turn challenges into opportunities can we bring the positive results! But since we do not like problems and pain, we tend to run away from it and hence we miss the whole purpose of that "CHALLENGE" which truly was a blessing from heaven in disguise ! "Challenges" gives opportunities to see our weakness and mistakes and improve on it, even transform them and bring out the best in us and others ! And the more challenges, the more opportunities for transformation and love !
 
I totally believe the challenges we are facing in this world right now are blessings
in disguise - only we have to be awakened enough to realize this !! It is giving us the opportunity to empathize with others and to have an attitude of helping others ! It is there to make us more loving and becoming our full potential, that is, being virtuous and wise.

Jesus said, "Love your neighbors as you would love yourself and love your enemies too !"

Using our rational minds, let's apply that in practicality. We all know, people respond in like manner. If we hate our enemies, they are going to hate us back causing revengeful wars ! Let's say we respond with 'love' towards our so-called enemies - can they hate us or even attack us ? They will either respond in like manner or will just shut up !

By that same token, all the other scriptures essentially point out the same teaching and the core message - LOVE ! It promotes the virtuous living, i.e. - LOVE, KINDNESS, COMPASSIONATE, EMPATHY, PATIENCE, HONESTY, INTEGRITY etc. Matters of the world will not be solved by mere intelligence BUT by bringing forth our 'wisdom'. 

Let's use a simple analogy. An intelligent person says, "I am right. You are wrong. Let's prove !" or "We both are right. Let's compete !" (and it doesn't matter even if we hurt each other). On the contrary, a wise man says, "I am right. You are right. Let's love." or "It doesn't matter who's right. Just love." (and solve the problem by working together). See the difference ? We may have become technologically advanced world and try to solve the problems using technologies and what not, but that's not enough. Problems can only be solved when we truly care for others and have a desire to help and actually take some action. We do not necessarily need technology or money just a smile and that mere smile will bring happiness to others. The power lies in the 'simplicity of love' and not the 'complexity of our brains' ! Let's look at the history, ancient people were not technologically advanced but still they were far more happier than us ! But sad as it may sound, have we learned our lessons yet ?

This Love may sound simple and childlike but can bring a PROFOUND results in one's life and can transform our planet. If only we take these teachings seriously enough; If we only take GOD seriously enough - we will solve all the problems of this world !

If we believe that GOD is only ONE and God created the Universe and this world, so if we do not like anything about this world then we are indirectly blaming and condemning GOD !

So, the solution is:

LOVE

LOVE

Well, I have to learn the lesson of LOVE after paying a huge price. I committed loads of mistakes - silly ones, small ones, big ones and even serious ones. Not that I am a bad person, but I was innocent and nobody was there to teach and guide me. I believe WE ARE ALL INNOCENT and not bad people ! So I am speaking from my own experience that 'BLAME' causes only misunderstandings and a lot of HURT (in one's own personal life and to the planet). And I am here to share my lesson and bring the awareness that only LOVE will solve our problems - from pin to piano and everything else in between and beyond ! We are all human beings trying to learn and grow and we will make many mistakes along the journey of life. So our attitude should be, if anyone makes a mistake bring that to their awareness so that they can improve and become a better person. Same understanding goes with our worldly mistakes. Let's improve and become a better world.

We are all here to LOVE each other. If some people act bad - teach them; if they are misled - guide them; if they are hurt - heal them !

I believe the core problem is that we do not see other as a 'Human being' created by God but mere personalities existing somehow on this planet. If we truly see each other as a human being it will not be difficult to empathize with others because they are exactly like us with a body, mind, emotions and a spirit with similar problems and desires; and the scope to make mistakes; and the same ability to love. We call each other as humans yet we do not see humanity as one. We are more likely to treat each other as aliens created by the other God. 

The problem is that we revere God yet we do not believe in Him. We have a heart yet we do not use it. We have a mind yet we use it irresponsibly. We want love yet we do not value love. We want peace yet we cause hatred !

If this makes a sense to you then please may I request to pass this message to all your people. Let's create an awareness that LOVE is the only sane solution to all our worldly problems. Unless each and everyone takes a personal responsibility for our Planet there will be no peace and harmony in our World ! It is time that we learn the lesson of LOVE ! 
 

To truly love - Love yourself first, accept yourself totally with all your faults and weaknesses, care for yourself and respect yourself. Only then will you truly love, accept and respect others!
